ORAS Predicts
ORAS: dex vs. quziel - idk why quziel didn't play last week but i personally think it's between themself, kiyo and me to do the best in this pool so i favour them here. though i will say i was particularly fond of dex's team last week, LO mesprit to bait pursuits + dd rhydon to take advantage of a locked Liepard is an idea i've played with a bit and like a lot. i'm still not sure who's providing the teams there but it looks like they're making some good stuff

ORAS: Kiyo vs. Chaitanya - i thought kiyo's team last week was somewhat uninspired relative to what i usually see from him but at the same time that might actually work in his favour as he generally pilots well, using his middleground options particularly well last game and getting a win as a result. i'd expect a similar kind of game this week. i also wasn't particularly sold by chait's win last week as i'm not convinced he wins that game without that ice punch crit, despite him getting a huge momentum boost with x-scisors shift into malamar (which i also think is a bad set that only worked because santu simply refused to click superpower)

ORAS: sasha vs. Chloe - i think chloe and sasha both played well in their respective matches but i simply think sasha's team was better which is where i'm giving the edge. chloe's team violated rule #1 of oras nu building which is being weak to vileplume and she got punished heavily for it as vileplume was able to blob most of the game, only really getting forced out by the mesprit which can only come in on plume so many times (i also think fighting resist specs mesprit is criminal but it worked out here). sasha essentially brought revamped tedbalance and it's hard to fault that kind of style as it's still as consistent now as it was back then, though i do think the removal of a pursuit user is a mistake but w.e. honestly i'm looking forward to this matchup the most of the three should hopefully be very good

SV: Danny vs. tlenit - danny kind of lost in the builder last week and i dont expect that happening again. tlenit will prob get passed smth and i think danny has the edge when it comes to both team and play.
SV: NHelioX7 vs. Floss
SV: TPP vs. GW
SS: Z Strats vs. Xiri - z strats had a solid game last week and is the supposed daves carry, but i feel xiri will probably still take this one. xiri has solid ss teams and knows how to pilot them, and i feel the lack of experience from z strats will lead to xiri taking the win here.
SM: Fc vs. Splash - apparently the managers thought they drafted the other splash
ORAS: dex vs. quziel - quziel always has interesting techs in whatever tier he plays (i think i rmbr being swept by a rest talk coil acro eel in bw once)
BW: roxie vs. Feaniix
DPP: Monai vs. vivalospride - I'm at a payphone trying to call home. All of my change I spent on you. Where have the times gone? Baby, it's all wrong. Where are the plans we made for two?
ADV: ArcticBreeze vs. LpZ - arctics prob the best adv in the pool, hard to predict against him against most opps. lpz is def solid tho but still think arctic takes this.

SS: GXE vs. tko - now that memecho has made his return to smogon.com we should all be worried

BW: Togkey vs. watashi - this one should be really fun. both are good at bw and can use some fun teams, tho wata likely rolls up with the same like 5/6 mons as he always does and it ends up being a super boring game.

Bo3: pdt vs. Garay oak - really solid bo3 set, though i think its hard to predict against garay in bo3. prob favor pdt in sv and garay in ss and sm.
